Website terms of use

These terms apply to Pickleball Court Guide, an independent directory of pickleball court businesses in Klang Valley published by Waypoint Local Guides. Every score on the site is computed from public review data using one published rubric (see how we score); no business pays to be listed or scored. Using the site means you accept these terms.

What listings and scores mean

Nothing on this site is a recommendation to engage any particular business. Scores summarise public review data; they are not a promise about the service you will receive. Check the details that matter to you directly with the business before engaging it. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee the information is current, complete, or free of errors.

Enquiries and referral fees

The site may earn referral fees when enquiries are routed to listed businesses or partners. Scores and rankings are unaffected by any of that: they are produced by the same published rubric for every business, and payment cannot move them.

Corrections, disputes, and removals

Businesses listed here can request corrections, dispute a listing or score, or ask to be removed. The listing policy explains how each request works and what to include.

Acceptable use

Use the site to research businesses and send genuine enquiries. Scraping or republishing the compiled directory content, submitting false enquiries, interfering with the site’s operation, and any unlawful use are all prohibited.

Ownership of content

Waypoint Local Guides owns the compilation: the editorial text, scores, summaries, and the way the directory is assembled and presented. Source reviews stay with their authors on the platforms they were written on, and business names and marks remain the property of the businesses themselves.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waypoint Local Guides accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from use of the site, reliance on its information, or any engagement you enter into with a listed business. Any contract you form with a business is yours and theirs alone. Liability that the law does not allow to be excluded is not excluded.

Which law applies

These terms, and any dispute about the site, are governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.

Changes and contact

These terms can change. The version on this page, dated above, is the one in force, and using the site after an update means you accept it. If anything here is unclear, contact hello@waypoint.my.
