Pickleball Court Guide is an independent directory of pickleball court businesses in Klang Valley, published by Waypoint Local Guides. This page explains what information the site collects when you use it, where that information goes, and how to reach us about it.
What you share with us
The forms on this site (enquiries and quote requests) collect the details you type in: name, email address, phone number, your message, and any service or timing answers the form asks for. Each submission also carries the URL of the page it was sent from, plus traffic-source attribution such as the referring site and UTM parameters, so we know which page and channel the enquiry came through.
Where form submissions go
Form submissions are processed by our lead-capture processor and delivered to the business you enquired about and to the operator of this site. If you asked a specific pickleball court business for a quote, that business receives your details so it can respond.
Local storage
To keep attribution accurate, the site stores traffic-source details (referrer, landing page, UTM parameters) in your browser’s sessionStorage. This is first-party, lives only for the current browser session, and is not a tracking cookie: it never follows you to other sites and disappears when the session ends.
Usage measurement
Where analytics is enabled on this site, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager may set cookies to measure how visitors use the site. Those cookies are governed by Google’s own privacy policy.
Services this site loads
Three third-party services can receive requests from your browser while you use this site: Google Fonts, which serves the site’s typefaces; OpenStreetMap, which serves map tiles; and Cloudflare Turnstile, which protects forms from spam when enabled. Each sees request data such as your IP address and handles it under its own policy.
Where listing data comes from
Listings are built from public sources such as Google Business Profile reviews. What we keep is derived analysis: scores, summaries, and sentiment, never the raw review text itself. Businesses that want a listing corrected or removed can follow the listing policy.

We hold your submission for as long as it takes to route and follow up your enquiry. If you want to know what we hold, or want it corrected or deleted, send your request to hello@waypoint.my.
