Pickleball Court Guide is an independent directory of pickleball court businesses across the Klang Valley. Your listing comes from publicly available business information, and your score comes from a single, published algorithm applied uniformly to every court in the directory. The algorithm reads Google reviews and applies the same rating rubric to each one. Being listed here is free, and no payment changes your score or ranking. Correct your listing details
Your name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and services can be corrected when you provide the right information and evidence to verify it. A link to your business website, your Google Business Profile, or another public source you control counts as verification. Once a correction is applied, it stays in place through future data refreshes and updates to the directory.
Dispute your score
Scores are never adjusted by hand. If you believe your score is wrong, you are claiming that the data feeding it is wrong. That means your listing is matched to the wrong business, reviews have been attributed to you that are not yours, or a summary of reviews misstates what people actually wrote. We re-check the sources and rebuild your listing from scratch. A dispute is not a request for a higher number; it is a claim that something in the data is factually incorrect.
Request removal of your listing
A listing is removed if your business is permanently closed, if it is a duplicate of another listing, or if it is outside the scope of this directory. The directory also runs a verification cycle each month that automatically identifies and removes closed businesses. If your listing is accurate and falls within scope, a removal request may be declined. You will receive a clear explanation of why.

Response times
Every request is acknowledged within 5 business days. Removals that are confirmed are actioned within 7 days. If a request is declined, you get the reason.
